A topic that I haven't covered on this blog has been hair! Shocking since my parents own a salon and that's just as important on your wedding day as your dress, flowers, and well everything else for that matter. I love that bohemian, laidback look so here's one of my favorite updos.

Perfect for a spring wedding, paired with wedges.

This dress would look lovely with nude or silver heels.

Pair this dress with black heels whether they be pumps, edges, stilettos any of those choices would look great.

I imagine this dress being worn with wedge sandals for a lovely outdoor wedding.

Bridesmaid dresses

Out of the whole wonderful wedding planning process this is probably the one thing that has the worst rep. I mean there's a whole movie based on it (27 Dresses starring Katherine Heigl). Despite the ones with huge sleeves or colors of the rainbow, there are some rather attractive dresses that one could wear as a member of the wedding party and still let it see the light of day again rather than the dark corner of the hall closet. For the next couple of days I will try to post some different dresses that can be worn as either just a cute cocktail dress or for a bridesmaid.

This dress is featured in what looks like a champagne color but would be timeless in black or plum as well. Shoes that match the exact color of the dress tend to be cliche and a bit trashy so when wearing a bridesmaid dress maybe try shoes that are more neutral like black, silver, or nude. Of course with a light color dress like the one below a nice pop of color would be great in either a funky shoe or clutch.

Bikini Season

It's that time of year again! My favorite time of year...picking out the perfect bathing suit(s). Of course it's an ongoing process for me because I love them all and can't just pick one. Since this is the blog to list the things I love what could be better than posting potential bikinis.
